I ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

Please review the packing slip included with your order to confirm if all items were included in the shipment. If any items are absent from the packing slip, it is likely that they were out of stock when your order was placed.


Our system will dispatch the available items and generate a backorder for any out-of-stock items. Once new stock becomes available, the remaining items in your order will be shipped promptly.

If the packing slip indicates that all items were shipped but you have not received everything, please reach out to us for assistance.
