RETURN POLICY

Unopened Product

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your product to be eligible for a refund. Your item must be unopened. A full and in the same condition that you received it.


Once our fulfillment center receives your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If return shipping is not prepaid, and you are eligible to receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Opened Product

If you have unused, opened products, consider sharing them with friends, and neighbors, or donating them to a local no-kill animal shelter. It's a great way to extend the benefits to others in need.

While we are not accepting opened products as they cannot be resold for quality reasons, we're dedicated to guaranteeing your satisfaction. Should you need to request a refund, please contact support@mycodog.com within 30 days of your purchase with a reason for your request and the lot number printed on your product for review by our Quality & Assurance Manager.
