MycoDog accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received, but expedited shipping orders (USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground) are elevated in priority. All direct-to-consumer orders are shipped from our fulfillment location in Steamboat Springs, CO via USPS and UPS.
MycoDog ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by USPS or UPS.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 – 6 business days from the time the order is submitted with full payment.
Expedited orders placed before 3:00 PM ET will be processed for delivery to the shipping provider on the next business day; expedited orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed and shipped out within the next 2 business days. The day an order is tendered to the shipping provider does not count as a day in transit.
Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following Monday (or next business day, if the Monday is a holiday) and shipped within 2 – 6 days. USPS and UPS have limited service on Saturdays, and do not pick up or deliver on Sundays or recognized holidays.
MycoDog cannot commit to specific delivery dates and/or times for orders, and cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once an order has been tendered to the appropriate shipping provider. Tracking information for each order is provided via email when address labels are produced; USPS and UPS provide transit and delivery estimates on their respective websites, as well as means to contact them for inquiries or changes. MycoDog will send a replacement package after 10 business days if lost by the shipping service.
MycoDog ships domestic orders on behalf of its customers using the US Postal Service or UPS. MycoDog does not have any operational or administrative control over these entities. We produce the necessary shipping documents, pay the appropriate fees, and tender customer packages to the appropriate carrier for transport and delivery.
Once a package has been tendered to the carrier, MycoDog is unable to contact the carrier regarding any specific package or its shipping status. Customers who provide an email address when placing their order will be notified of their order’s tracking number at the time of fulfillment, and each carrier’s site (www.usps.com or www.ups.com) provides means and methods for contacting the carrier to request updates or to change the delivery (date, location, where to leave package, etc.).
The tax rate is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.
