How do I track my package?

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and will be delivered by the recipient’s local carrier or its affiliates. When your order ships from our warehouse, we send you a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. 

To track your package, simply enter your tracking number at usps.com or ups.com. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, check your email system’s spam/junk folder. If you are still unable to locate your shipping confirmation email, you can track your order anytime through your customer account.

  1. Log in to your account at our website using the email address you used when placing your order.
  2. Click Orders to view your order history.
  3. Select the order you'd like to track.
  4. If your order has shipped, you'll see the tracking information and a link to view the latest delivery updates.
