How do I use my rewards?

You can access your rewards here: https://mycodog.com/pages/rewards

Follow these simple steps:

1. Sign In: Log into your MycoDog account.
2. Access Rewards: Click on the “View MycoDog Rewards” tab to view your available points.
3. Redeem Points: Choose the number of points you want to redeem for a coupon code, and select YES when prompted.
4. Copy Your Code: IMPORTANT: After redeeming, you will be prompted with a coupon code. Make sure to copy this code. If you decide to use it later, you can always find it under "Reward History."
5. Shop: Fill your cart with the products you want.
6. Apply Your Code: Paste your coupon code in the designated box at the top of the checkout page and hit "Apply". This step is crucial to ensure your reward is applied.
7. Checkout: Complete your purchase as usual.
